Small Groups Leadership Seminar “When Groups Get Messy: Confrontation” Join us on Sunday, January 20, at 11 am as we have our monthly Leadership Seminar for small group leaders and volunteers of all types (affinity, life, support, task) of groups.
We will be wading into one of the most challenging aspects of leading any sort of group– dealing with confrontation. This is one of the least liked, but often the most important tool in a leader’s “toolbox”. Please plan on inviting your apprentices or key volunteers to this important time of equipping for ministry!
