Personal History

I am a native of Marshalltown but being a former military wife I’ve also lived in, Albany GA, Iowa City, Manhattan KS, South Korea, El Paso TX, Chinle AZ, Sioux City and back to Marshalltown.  I have a BS in Mathematics and have worked in teaching, banking, clinic management and momming.

Family

I have one daughter Rosie who is completing her senior year of high school as a foreign exchange student in Kilkenny, Ireland.  My mother, Rosie Morrison, and my sister, Peggy Morrison, live in town.  My other sister, Kathy Kinder, lives in Eldora.  We try to get together as much as possible.

Reason for serving at NHCC

I started out volunteering, to help Jane where I could.  I have always felt we should tithe our time as well as our money to the Lord.  Jane decided she needed help on a more permanent basis and here I am.  I love working here and feel God working to further His Kingdom.
