Your request will be reviewed by the staff and you will receive a confirmation when a decision is made. We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s requests, but other promotions may also be considered at the time. We will also look at the availability of the rooms/resources requested. If someone has already booked an event on the calendar, we will contact you about picking another possible date.
The staff feels the best invites are personal invites, where you can hand out cards at that time also.
